Grease sliding jaws

Step no. 5

	Remove/install
1	Remove window crank		AR72.10-P-1100GV
2	Remove door liner on front door		AR72.10-P-1000E
3	Pull foil off of inner door panel	Before removing foil check window lift mechanism for easy motion.
4	Unscrew bolt (2)	Open crank window until screw (2) in assembly opening is accessible. When installing screw (2): ↓
		adjust crank operated window in front door	AR72.10-P-1950E
5	Move crank window (1) out of sliding jaws	When installing grease sliding jaws and guide rail with multi-purpose grease	*BR00.45-Z-1009-06A
6	Install crank window in window guide rail and slide upward	Secure against falling down with assembly wedge.	Figure
7	Drill out or cut out pop rivets (8)	For drilling out: 4.8 mm ø dia. bit
		For cutting out: Spherical cutter	*WH58.30-Z-1002-01A
8	Unhook window lift mechanism (4) from inner door panel with assembly hooks and remove through assembly opening, insert and hook in.	Disconnect connector from power windows
9	Install in the reverse order
