Removing and installing fuse and relay box - AR54.15-P-1255CT

MODEL 129 as of 1.9.95

REMOVINGINSTALLING Removal, installation     
1 Disconnect ground cable of battery   AR54.10-P-0003A 
2 Remove cover (1) from fuse box    
3 Unscrew screws (2)    
4 Remove relay box cover (3)    
5 Remove all relays and lamp failure monitoring module (N7)   AR54.15-P-1300CS
6 Unscrew screw (4)    
7 Remove fuse and relay carrier (5) together with fuse blocks, relay carriers and combination relay (N10/2)    
8 Unclip fuse blocks (A, B, C, D, E, F, G)    
9 Unclip all relay carriers    
10 Unlock connectors from combination relay (N10/2) and disconnect    
11 Route connectors of combination relay (N10/2) and lamp failure monitoring module (N7) out of fuse and relay carrier (5)    
11 Remove all leads from relay carriers and fuse blocks   AR54.15-P-1255-01CT
12 Disconnect all connectors in fuse box    
13 Separate electrical connectors and connections in engine or component compartment and in passenger compartment or disconnect    
14 Carefully move connected fuse blocks and relay carriers, disconnected or removed leads and wiring harnesses out of fuse and relay box (F1)    
15 Unscrew nuts (6)    
16 Remove fuse and relay box (F1) from component compartment IMPORTANT Check seal (7) for damage, replace if necessary.
IMPORTANTInstallation  : Ensure that seal is seated properly.
 
17 Install in the reverse order
