Turning rack-and-pinion steering in center position, mounting steering coupling - AR46.20-P-0600-01A

  1. Turn steering shaft so that the marking on the cap aligns with the marking on the control valve housing
  2. Slide steering coupling (25) onto the serrations of the control valve so that the clamp slot (arrow) of the steering coupling aligns with the marking line of the cap.

IMPORTANTModel 210 except 210.08/28 

The color marking of the cap is black.

The steering coupling (related to the clamp slot) is always offset approx. 20° clockwise to the marking on the control valve housing (arrow).

If a cap with assembly locking device is installed, the assembly locking device is offset approx. 20° clockwise to the marking of the cap.

The color marking on the caps with assembly locking device might differ
