Detaching console from jacket tube and attaching - AR46.10-P-0600-10BF

TORQUE SPECIFICATION Jacket tube

Detaching 

  1. Unclip longitudinal adjustment forward/back motor connector (M20x1). To do this, press the lug (arrow) to the left.

  2. Loosen bolt of clamping nuts (87e) and unscrew clamping nuts.
  3. Remove bolts (87d) with guide bushes.
  4. Remove console (87).

    Attaching 

  5. Mount console (87).
  6. Insert bolts (87d) and guide bushes.

    IMPORTANT

    Check guide bushes and replace if necessary.

  7. Screw on clamping nut (87e) and attach bolt of clamping nut.

    IMPORTANT

    The smooth surface of the clamping nut (87e) must point outwards.

  8. Tighten bolts (87d), loosen again and retighten, observing the specified tightening torques.
  9. Tighten bolt of clamping nut (87e).
  10. .1 If the gearbox of the height adjustment up/down motor has been removed; align the jacket tube. Tighten the bolts (60a) on the right-hand side. Press the left-hand side slightly to the right with a screwdriver above the spring (arrow) and tighten bolts (60a).
  11. 11 Clip on longitudinal adjustment forward/back motor connector (M20x1).
