  1. Comparison measurement " V1  " measured from the check bore " K  " to the 8 mm hole in the transverse control arm (4), left to right.

    Use measuring probe (024c)140 589 09 63 29.

  2. Comparison measurement "V2  " measured from the check bore "K  " to the recess clearance in the body longitudinal member, left to right. Use measuring tip (024d) 140 589 09 63 03.

  3. Comparison measurement " V3  " measured from the check bore " K  " to the rear transverse control arm mounting, left to right. Use the center of the rubber mount on the inside of the bearing bracket (see arrow) as measuring point, if necessary mark the center.

    Use measuring tip (024e) 140 589 09 63 02.

  4. Use the distance measurement " V5  " of the outer hexagon nuts for the upper damper strut mounting.

    Use measuring pin (024g) 140 589 09 63 05.

  5. Comparison measurement " V6  " measured from the check bore " K  " to the front transverse control arm mounting at the front axle cross member of the body, left to right. Use the center of the rubber mount on the inside of the bearing bracket (see arrow) as measuring point, if necessary mark the center.

    Use measuring tips (024e) 140 589 09 63 02.

  6. Distance measurement " V7  " measured between the front and rear transverse control arm mounting on the inside of the bearing brackets.

    Use measuring tips (024e) 140 589 09 63 02.

  7. Distance measurement " V8  " measured between the rear transverse control arm mountings (inside diameter) at the outsides of the guides.

    Use measuring tips (024e) 140 589 09 63 02.

  8. Distance measurement " V9  " measured between the front transverse control arm mountings (inside diameter) at the outsides of the guides.
