Replacing rear mount of lower wishbone - AR33.20-P-0527B

REMOVING Removal    
DANGER Risk of injury  due to rubber mounts or bearing parts which loosen suddenly during the pressing-out/pressing-in process and then fly around in an uncontrolled manner. Screen the danger area by means of suitable arresting device (basket, skeleton container). Also ensure that there are only authorized persons in the danger area. AS00.00-Z-0014-01A
1 Remove lower wishbone   AR33.20-P-0510B 
2 Clamp wishbone in vise. NOTES Use aluminum jaws  
3 Pull out rubber mount using thrust piece (012b) and sleeve (012c) SPECIAL TOOL Figure
4 Clean mounting bores for mount in wishbone IMPORTANT Smear rubber mount with a thin film of lubricant
NOTES Do not use any oil or grease containing acid.

INSTALLING Installation     
5 Insert rubber mount (17) in the wishbone from the back (viewed in direction of travel) and pull in up to the stop. SPECIAL TOOL Figure
  Use sleeve (012d) and sleeve (012e) IMPORTANT The flats (arrow) of the rubber mount must be at an angle of 90° to the center weld seam of the wishbone.  
6 Install lower wishbone   AR33.20-P-0510B
