Removal, installation and replacement of auxiliary coolant pump - AR83.25-P-1170E

REMOVINGINSTALLING Removal, installation and replacement     
DANGER Risk of injury  to skin and eyes due to scalding from hot coolant spraying out. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant Only open cooling system at coolant temperatures below 90°C. Unscrew cap slowly and relieve pressure. Do not pour coolant into drinking containers. Wear safety gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. AS20.00-Z-0001-01A
1 Drain off pressure in cooling system IMPORTANT For this purpose, turn radiator cap up to detent "1" and lock again  
2 Remove air cleaner    
3 Attach clamps to hot water hoses (9, 10)    
4 Disconnect electrical coupling (6) on auxiliary coolant pump (M13)    
5 Loosen hose clamps (arrows) on hot water hoses (9, 10)    
6 Disconnect hot water hoses (9, 10) on auxiliary coolant pump (M13)    
7 Unscrew screws (8)    
8 Remove auxiliary coolant pump (M13) with bracket (7)    
9 Disconnect bracket (7) from auxiliary coolant pump (M13)    
10 Reinstall in opposite order IMPORTANTInstallation:  ↓
After the work is complete, replenish any coolant which has escaped and check for leaks
