| 1 | Open crank window | ||
| 2 | Press off cover (2) from top with installation wedge and remove. | ||

| 3 | Unscrew screw from round lock cover (4) and remove round lock cover downward. | ||

| 5 | Unscrew screws (6) | ||
| 6 | Press door liner (1) off of inner door panel with installation wedge from bottom, front and rear | Figure | |
| 7 | Pry top of the door liner (1) upwards out of the clips at the sealing rail using installation wedge and at the same time pull away from the inner door panel. | Figure | |
| 8 | Unhook linkage from inner door actuation. | ||
| 9 | Disconnect connector from power window switch. | Only on rear power windows. | |
| 10 | Put down door liner (1) | ||
| 11 | Check foil, clips and sheet metal nuts (arrows) on inner door panel, replace if necessary. | *BR00.45-Z-1004-02A | |
| 12 | Check clips on door liner and, if necessary, replace | ||
| 13 | Install in reverse order |
