1	Remove/install rear roof frame paneling Install	Only remove center paneling section from door frame	AR68.30-P-4470A
2	Slightly slacken off nuts (1) securing hinge assembly (2)
3	Adjust rear door such that top edge of rear door is flush with outer skin of roof	See area A. Also observe gap dimension, dimensions ↓	Figure
		Gap around hoods, doors, and lids	AR60.00-P-0700-01E
4	Tighten nuts (1) securing hinge assembly (2)		*BA72.20-P-1001-02A
5	Screw in left and right rubber pads (5) by approx. 1 1/2 turn
6	Loosen bolts (3) on striker eye (4)
7	Adjust rear door by moving striker eye (4) so that edge of rear door is flush with edge of fender	See area B and C. Also observe gap dimension, dimensions ↓	Figure
		Gap around hoods, doors, and lids	AR60.00-P-0700-01EA
8	Tighten bolts (3) securing striker eye (4)		*BA72.20-P-1002-02A
9	Adjust rubber pads (5) such that rubber pads abut when rear door is closed	Any minor deviations in the position of the rear door edge relative to the fender edge can be compensated slightly by screwing the rubber pads in or out.
