Removing, installing batteries for infrared remote control key - AR80.30-P-4210CA

MODEL 124, 129, 140, 202 with CODE (880a) Infrared remote central locking 

MODEL 124 with CODE (885) Infrared remote central locking with immobilizer 

MODEL 124 as of 1.3.96 

MODEL 129, 140, 202 as of 1.12.94 up to 31.5.97 

MODEL 210 up to 28.2.97

  Remote control key up to 09/93    
1 Press retainer (g) up    
2 Remove battery compartment cover (c)    
3 Replace battery cells (f) Observe polarity;
IMPORTANT Do not dispose of dead batteries with normal waste, because they can contain mercury.
They must be disposed of properly as toxic waste.
If battery change takes longer than 1 minute ↓
 
    Synchronize infrared remote control signal AR80.30-P-4215CA 
4 Close battery compartment cover (c)    
  Remote control key up to 10/93     
1 Press open battery compartment cover (c)    
2 Replace batteries (f) Observe polarity;
IMPORTANT When inserting the batteries ensure that they are pushed under the positive battery contact
 
3 Press on battery compartment cover (c)    
4 Synchronize signal   AR80.30-P-4215CA
