24.5.06

"Disconnect/connect ground line on battery" removed

	Remove/Install
1.1	Transfer basic data from telephone interface (A34/4) to STAR DIAGNOSIS	When replacing telephone interface (A34/4). Installation:  Transfer the buffered basic data to new telephone interface (A34/4).
	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory		AD00.00-P-2000-04A
		STAR DIAGNOSIS diagnosis system	*WH58.30-Z-1048-13A
2	Remove floor paneling in trunk
3	Remove cover behind rear seat	Remove the 2 screws of the anchoring lugs.
4	Disconnect coupling from telephone interface (A34/4)	Unlock coupling.
		Do not kink or stretch fiber optic cable.
5	Unclip telephone interface (A34/4)
6	Remove telephone interface (A34/4)
7	Install in the reverse order
