Removing and installing exhaust system complete - AR49.10-P-7000SV

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove engine compartment paneling   AR61.20-P-1105A
2 Separate plug connectors (G3/5x1, G3/6x1) of sensors (downstream of TWC) IMPORTANT Press the plug connectors out of the brackets.  
3 Detach front exhaust system/catalytic converter at exhaust manifold NOTESInstallation:  Install new bolts (1). Check rivet nuts in exhaust manifold and replace if necessary. ↓  
    Replace rivet nuts in exhaust manifold. AR49.10-P-5531-01DA 
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION BA14.10-P-1002-01B
4 Support exhaust system    
5 Detach bracket (2) of exhaust system at transmission IMPORTANT Slacken bolts (3) for this step.  
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA49.10-P-1007-01A 
6 Detach bracket (2) at front exhaust system/right and left catalytic converter NOTESInstallation:  Check tapping plates (4); replace if necessary. Replace nuts (5).  
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA49.10-P-1008-01A 
7 Push together bracket (2)    
8 Remove reinforcement brace (6) at the rear left    
9 Remove ground lines (7, 8) on rear exhaust system NOTESInstallation:  Check ground lines; replace if necessary.  
10 Remove bracket (9) for exhaust system on the underbody TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA49.10-P-1010-01A 
11 Remove rubber mount (11) for exhaust system on underbody    
12 Remove complete exhaust system NOTESInstallation:  Check bracket (9) and rubber mount (10, 11); replace if necessary. Install exhaust system free of stress.

13 Install in the reverse order
