	Replace self-locking nuts and bolts. Ensure the flanges are correctly installed.	Remove combustion and corrosion residues on connection points by cleaning with emery cloth, if necessary.
	Flanged connection of front exhaust pipe or exhaust pipe with TWC	Engine 602.982, 606.962 Removing:  Use pipe pliers to compress dished washers (a, b) and press off metal tongue with a screwdriver. Installing:  Use pipe pliers to compress dished washers (a, b) until metal tongue locks in place.
