Fuel Gauge Inaccurate Or Inoperative

If fuel gauge is inaccurate or completely inoperative, check the following items and repair as necessary:

• Check wiring. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  .
• Check electronic circuit board.
• Check fuel gauge and fuel tank sensor. Perform TEST 3  under SYSTEM TESTS.
