Complaint: 

Harsh 2 → 1 freewheel shift

Possible cause	Remedy
ETC software data status	Replace ETC Up to production date 15.04.98, after that software data status optimized
Freewheel F1 defective	Replace freewheel F1. As prior damage to the freewheel F2 cannot be ruled out in this regard, replace freewheel F2 (part no. 140 270 05 31), hollow shaft and rear sunwheel/inner multiple-disc carrier K3 as a precaution.
