| Pay attention to cleanliness with all work on the automatic transmission |

| 1 | Remove bottom engine compartment paneling | AR61.20-P-1105AB | |
| 2 | Remove right front fender liner | ||
| 3 | Unscrew bolt of automatic transmission oil cooler bracket (4) | ||
| 4 | Remove charge air pipe from charge air cooler | ||
| 5 | Seal off union nuts of oil pressure lines at automatic transmission oil cooler lines (10, 11) | ||

| 6 | Unscrew return line bracket (12) at water cooler | ||
| 7 | Disconnect fan (6) and temperature sensor (7) plug connections | ||
| 8 | Remove automatic transmission oil cooler (1) completely | ||
| 9 | Pull off locking clips (13) and remove bracket (4) | ||
| 10 | Unscrew fan bolts (5) at automatic transmission oil cooler | ||
| 11 | Remove fan (5) and fan shroud | ||
| 12 | Close off oil lines (2, 3) at oil cooler (1) | *BA27.55-P-1001-01A | |
| *BA27.55-P-1003-01A | |||
| 13 | Install in the reverse order | ||
