DO NOT reuse self-locking nuts and bolts with polystop plastic coating. Clean threads before installing NEW self-locking nuts and bolts.
WARNING:
When removing gas filled shock absorbers with vehicle raised and axle tension relieved, DO NOT rotate piston rod while loosening main strut nut. Sudden piston rod extension could occur.
