Replace deep-groove ball bearing in intermediate shaft - AR33.30-P-0625-02A

Commercially available tools

Number Designation
WH58.30-Z-1009-02A Pliers for circlip, inner

    Removing 

  1. Take out circlip (35a) for grooved ball bearing (35) using pliers COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE TOOLS .

  2. Detach grooved ball bearing (35) using SPECIAL TOOL puller (035).

  3. Install 

  4. Check circlip (35) and replace if necessary.

    IMPORTANT Ensure correct seat in groove.

  5. Press in grooved ball bearing (35) using press.

    IMPORTANT For this purpose the grooved ball inner race must be underlaid with a shim.

  6. Insert circlip (35a) for grooved ball bearing (35) using pliers.

    IMPORTANT Ensure correct seat in groove.
