| Removal, installation | |||
| 1 | Turn 2 plastic clips (2) 90 ° and remove grille (1) | ||
| 2 | Unclip cover (5) and remove | ||
| 3 | Disconnect auxiliary fan connector X64/4 | ||
| 4 | Pull off clips (6) | ||
| 5 | Unscrew screws (4) and remove radiator cross member | *BA83.30-P-1004-01A | |
| 6 | Lay engine hood pull cable to rear | ||
| 7 | Unscrew screw (8) and hang brace (7) with horn to side; for this purpose unclip electric wire (9) on cross member | *BA83.30-P-1004-01A | |
| 8 | Unscrew 2 screws (11) and remove auxiliary fan | ||
| 9 | Unclip 6 plastic clips (arrows) and remove fan shroud (10) | ||
| 10 | Remove poly-V-belt (13) from fan motor M4 | ||
| 11 | Unscrew 3 screws (12) and remove fan motor M4 from support element (14) | ||
| 12 | Reinstall in opposite order |
