Place cylinder head (1) on the supports (02) 606 589 00 31 00.
Ream basic bore with reamer (05) 119 589 00 53 00 to standard size I. Lubricate with petroleum when performing this step. Use only slight pressure for reaming and do not tilt reamer (05). Clean blades of reamer before each reaming operation.
Standard size valve guides are not supplied as replacement parts as the overlap which would exist when they are installed would not be sufficient.
