Replace core plugs in crankcase - AR01.40-P-8499HA

ENGINE 111 /, 602.982 /983, 604, 605, 606, 271.921 /940 /946 /948 /955 /956 (except 111.920 /921)

	Removing
	Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between columns of lifting platform and position four support plates at lifting platform support points specified by vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
1	Drain the coolant at the radiator and at the crankcase	Engine 111	AR20.00-P-1142HG
		Engines 602.982, 604, 605, 606 except 606 in model 463	AR20.00-P-1142HW
		Engine 602.983 in model 461 and 606 in Model 463	AR20.00-P-1142GG
		Engine 111 in model 203, engine 271 in models 203, 209	AR20.00-P-1142PR
2	Remove detachable parts in the area of the leaking core plug	Engine 111, refer to:
		Location of core hole plug	AR01.40-P-8499-01A
3	Knock in core hole plug sufficiently on one side e.g. using a screwdriver, until it has turned	see Fig. C
4	Pull out core hole plug at collar	see Fig. D
	Install
5	Thoroughly clean core hole	The bonding surfaces must be free of oil, water and rust, see fig. E (arrow). Observe manufacturers instructions!
6	Spray sealing surface with activator		*BR00.45-Z-1001-02A
7	Coat core hole with sealant		*BR00.45-Z-1001-02A
8	Insert new core hole plug with drift punch(Fig F)	The sealant must be allowed to harden for about 45 minutes before pouring in coolant.
