Tilting/sliding roof, function - GF77.20-P-4100-02A
The direction of rotation of the motor for the tilting/sliding roof (M12/1) is determined by the polarity of the actuating voltage from the overhead control panel control module (N70) . Both tilting/sliding roof functions are performed by the same motor. Starting with the tilting roof open, the rotation of the motor in one direction performs the closing operation of the tilting roof. Continued rotation in the same direction beyond the "tilting/sliding roof closed" position causes the sliding roof to open.
Two Hall sensors provide pulses for the position measurement, which are detected by the overhead control panel control module (N70) .
