The actual values and actuations of the radio frequency/infrared remote control system for central locking with DAS 3 are stored in several control modules. 

The actual values and actuations of the radio frequency/ infrared remote control system for central locking with DAS 3 can be accessed via the HHT mask as follows: 

Functions - locking systems - central locking or drive authorization - actual values or actuations.

Abbreviations 

• DBE  Overhead control panel control module
• EZS  Electronic ignition switch control module
• SAM  Driver-side signal-acquisition and actuation module

These abbreviations are shown in the function check of actual values tables and are used to show which control module the actual values or actuations are stored in.

The following actual values can be interrogated using the Hand-Held Tester  :

• Electronic ignition/starter switch status: initialized/transport protection erased/personalized/activated
• Electric steering column locking status: initialized/transport protection erased/personalized/activated
• Key status: authorized/not authorized in use/not in use
• Electronic ignition/starter switch test counter
• Electric steering column locking test counter
