Note on fault memory of radio frequency locking/remote central locking (RFL/RCL) - AD80.35-P-2000-03B

IMPORTANT

The fault memory can only  be read out and erased with the Hand-Held Tester  .

The fault memory of the radio remote control with central locking with DAS 3 mask can be accessed via the HHT as follows:

Functions - locking systems - central locking or drive authorization - fault memory.

The fault codes of the radio frequency/infrared remote control system for central locking with DAS 3 are stored in several control modules, therefore read out the fault memory in all control modules relevant to the system.

When the fault memory of a control module is read out, all the faults stored in the control module appear, i.e. fault codes may also appear which do not concern the system currently being read out.

Note on fault code

The fault is current when the fault code is displayed against a black background.

Depending on the type of fault, detailed faults information or partial data also appears for most faults.

Abbreviations

These abbreviations appear in bold in column 3 of the fault code table and are used to show which control module the faults are stored in.
