INSPECT Inspecting     
1 Inspect ease of operation and condition of relay lever (31/1) and throttle control cable (32) NOTES Replace parts if necessary  
  Adjusting  IMPORTANT CTP  
2 The relay lever (31/1) must rest against the CTP stop (a) when no pressure is applied to accelerator IMPORTANT Hand-held tester must indicate 0 %.

STAR DIAGNOSIS		 AD00.00-P-2000-03A
3 Turn adjusting nut (32/3) sufficiently until relay lever (31/1) is resting against CTP stop (a), or accelerator pedal has no further idle travel    
  Adjusting  IMPORTANT WOT for automatic transmission  
4.1 Depress accelerator pedal (24) fully until it makes contact with the kickdown switch (S16/7) Automatic transmission
IMPORTANT Do not operate kickdown switch (S16/7).
IMPORTANT Hand-held tester must indicate 100 %.

5.1 Turn adjusting screw (32/3) until relay lever (31/1) is resting against WOT stop (b) NOTES Do not over-tension throttle control cable (32).  
  Adjusting  IMPORTANT WOT for manual transmission  
6.1 Depress accelerator pedal (24) fully until relay lever (31/1) has reached the WOT stop (b) Manual transmission

7.1 Adjust to WOT stop (38) IMPORTANT Release WOT stop (38) by turning to the right for this step, position against accelerator pedal and lock.  
INSPECT Inspecting     
8 Inspect WOT and CTP settings
