- Interference from outside from interior motion sensor (IMS) sunlight/artificial light can lead to spontaneous remote control key failure with and without the signal lamps flashing alternately.
- Initial synchronization not performed correctly

Immediate measures for occasion remote control key failure:
- Actuate IR substitute remote control key
- Disconnect connector from IRC control module or negative pole on battery for approx. 10 seconds and then actuate IR remote control key a maximum of 100 times
- Desynchronize IR control module
- Synchronize IR remote control key, if necessary recode radio, etc.
Immediate measures for occasional or continuous remote control key failure:
- Install IRC control module with modified software
