Remove/install headlamp unit - AR82.10-P-4730EC

MODEL 170 up to 31.7.99 except CODE (612b) Xenon headlamp unit 

Removal shown on left front lamp unit

	Remove/Install
1	Detach electrical connector (2) from left (E1) and right (E2) front lamp units
2	Disconnect pneumatic line (4) for headlamp range adjustment
3	Detach electrical connector (3) from left (E6/1) and right (E6/2) turn signal lamps
4	Remove left (E6/1) and right (E6/2) turn signal lamps	Release catch by inserting screwdriver into hole (magnifying glass) at end of fender support and push turn signal lamp out towards front.
5	Unscrew bolts (5) and (7)
6	Carefully pull left (E1) and right (E2) front lamp unit out towards front	Installation:  Align lamp unit such that a consistent distance is maintained between the fender and the closed engine hood.
7	Install in the reverse order	Steps 6 to 1
	Inspect
8	Check and correct headlamp adjustment
		Model 170 except CODE (491) USA version.	AP82.10-P-8260A
