MODEL 202 as of 1.6.97 with CODE (600a) Headlamp cleaning system
Function prerequisites: Circuit 15 and parking lamps switched on. The headlamp cleaning system is switched on by actuating the wipe/wash function with the combination switch (S4). The electronic ignition switch (EIS) control module (N73) receives a signal and actuates the driver-side signal acquisition and actuation module (SAM) (N10/1) via the CAN bus. As long as the combination switch (S4) is actuated, however, for min. 400 ms, the HCS pump relay (K40/2k5) actuates the headlamp washer pump (M5/2) and the wiper motors for the headlamp cleaning system.
