Removal & Installation
- Remove reservoir cover. Drain reservoir with a syringe. Remove engine shielding as necessary to access power steering pump. Disconnect pump hoses, and plug all openings. Remove belt from pump pulley. See BELT under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
- Remove pump mounting bolts. Remove power steering pump. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS table. Fill and bleed system. See POWER STEERING PUMP BLEEDING under LUBRICATION.
