Replacing brake hoses - AR42.10-P-0013A

29.7.99 BA42.10-P-1001-04A changed from 18 Nm to 14 Nm for model 210    
REMOVINGINSTALLING Removing, installing     
DANGER Risk of poisoning  from swallowing brake fluid. Risk of injury  from skin and eye contact with brake fluid Pour brake fluid only into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing and eye protection when handling brake fluid. AS42.50-Z-0001-01A

1 Unscrew brake line (5) from brake hose (51) NOTES Seal connections immediately with plugs. Brake fluid reservoir must not empty completely.  
    SPECIAL TOOL Box wrench bit Fig 3
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Brake line (5) to brake hose (51) *BA42.10-P-1001-04A 
REFER TO COMPONENT MODIFICATIONS Brake hose connection at brake line modified Models 129, 140, 202, 210 ab 09.95
NOTES The two versions are not interchangeable.		 BT42.10-P-0001-01A 
2 Detach brake hose clip (51a) from front axle Models 140, 202 (front axle)  
3 Unscrew brake hose (51) from fixed or floating caliper SPECIAL TOOL Box wrench Fig 4
    IMPORTANT Model 170: Pull out brake hose through rubber grommet on bracket.
IMPORTANTInstallation:  Model 210 (front axle): Fasten cable for wear indicator onto brake hose (51) with bracket.		  
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Brake hose to fixed or floating caliper *BA42.10-P-1002-04A 
4 Install in the reverse order    
5 Bleed brake system   AR42.10-P-0010A
