Replace brake fluid - AP42.00-P-4280BB

  Risk of accident  caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury  from bruises and burns if you hold your hands into engine when it is started or when it is running. Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself.
Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes.
Do not touch hot or rotating parts.

  Risk of poisoning  caused by swallowing brake fluid. Risk of injury  caused by brake fluid coming into contact with skin and eyes. Only pour brake fluid into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing and eye protection when handling brake fluid. AS42.50-Z-0001-01A

1 Record fluid level of brake fluid reservoir    
2 Empty pressure reservoir at bleed screw "SP" when ignition is switched off    
3 Unscrew cap    
  Replacing brake fluid with the brake fluid changing equipment     
4 Connect filler and bleeder unit according to manufacturer's instructions.    
5 Allow approx. 80 cm3 brake fluid to flow out at each wheel brake and if necessary at the clutch slave cylinder Clear brake fluid free of bubbles must flow out of the bleed hose.

6 Start engine    
7 Open bleed screw "SP" until clear brake fluid escapes free of bubbles    
8 Close bleed screw "SP" Await charging process for pressure reservoir, charging pump (A7/3m1) runs audibly (approx. 30 s).  
9 Turn off engine    
10 Disconnect filler and bleeder unit    
11 Correct fluid level in brake fluid reservoir. It is essential to maintain the noted fluid level of the brake fluid reservoir Fill with fresh brake fluid. AP42.10-P-4210Z
