| 2 | Remove rear engine cross member | Refer to REMOVING AND INSTALLING REAR ENGINE MOUNT (22-2120) , Repair Instructions, Engine Mechanical, engine 104 | |
| 3 | Unhook exhaust system at rear mount | ||
| 4 | Unscrew hexagon socket bolts (45) | *BA27.10-P-1001-02A | |
| 5 | Remove secondary pump (20) | ||
| 6 | Remove intermediate plate (19) and O-ring (18) | ||
| Dismantling and assembling | |||
| 7 | Remove pump gears (22, 23) | Installation : Lubricate gears and insert in the grooves. | |
| 8 | Detach locking ring (28) | ||
| 9 | Remove cover (27) | ||
| 10 | Remove pressure spring (24), spring plate (25) and shut-off piston (21) from the pump housing (20) | Check O-ring (29) and Teflon rings (30, 31), replace if necessary. | |
| 11 | Install in reverse sequence |
