Adjusting modulating pressure - AR27.10-P-0180-01B

- Disconnect vacuum line.
- Turn cap from position "A" to "B".
This makes it possible to reduce the modulating pressure by 0.2 bar.
It is only necessary to test the modulating pressure with a pressure gauge after replacing the modulating pressure unit (60).
- If the adjusting range of 0.2 bar is insufficient, press off the cap.

This destroys the cap.
- Pull the tab washer out of the retaining slots until it can be turned.
- Adjust the adjusting screw with the tab washer (2).
One revolution results in a change in pressure of approx. 0.4 bar.
- Press tab washer (2) back into the retaining slots.
- Press on new cap in position "A".
- Measure modulating pressure again.
- Connect vacuum line.
