Dismantling, assembling and carrying out basic adjustment of brake band piston B1 - AR27.50-P-0780-10A

Dismantling
- Remove brake band piston from brake band piston cover (40).
- Press apart locking device (40a) in brake band piston cover (40) using locking ring pliers, removing the pin (37c).
The locking device remains in the brake band piston cover.
- Remove snap ring (37b) in brake band piston using a screwdriver and remove disc spring (37a).

Assembling
- Insert pin (37c) in brake band piston B1 (37).
- Slide Belleville spring washer (37a) over pin (37c) until the it abuts the brake band piston (37).
- Insert snap ring (37b).
- Press the assembled brake band piston B1 (37) into the brake band piston cover (40) until it locks in position audibly.
