Dismantling and assembling shift valve housing - AR27.35-P-0340A: Notes

	Dismantling, assembly
	Pay attention to extreme cleanliness for all work on the shift valve housing. Do not use any fluffy cloths
1	Unscrew screws (arrows).	Installation : Tighten screws (arrows) only slightly so that both parts of the housing cannot move relative to each other.
2	Remove valves (13, 24, 86) and chip screen (33a)
	Primary pump non-return valve dispensed with	Transmission 722.5	BT27.35-P-0003-01A
3	Hold shift valve housing (A) and damper housing (B) together and turn over
4	Carefully lift damper housing (B) with intermediate plate		AR27.35-P-0340-01A
	Small intermediate plate modified	Transmission 722.5	BT27.35-P-0001-01A
5	Remove all 19 valve balls (14)	The valve ball marked with number 14 is on a conical spring
6	Remove valves, filter and shift pin
7	Unscrew side cover from shift valve housing	Check piston and valve for movement and chips, only if necessary.
		The springs are installed upstream or downstream of the valve, depending on the transmission or vehicle model. Dismantling and assembling shift valve housing
8	Adjust full throttle control pressure	Adjust full throttle or kick-down upshift.	AR27.35-P-0340-02A
9	Assemble in reverse sequence
