Rear suspension-control module, removal and installation - AR32.30-P-0670A

REMOVINGINSTALLING Removing, installing     
DANGER Risk of injury  to skin or eyes from hydraulic fluid spraying out under pressure. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing hydraulic fluid. Render the hydraulic system pressureless before commencing work on system. Wear protective clothing and eye protection. AS00.00-Z-0013-01A
1 Drain hydraulic system IMPORTANTInstallation:  Recharge hydraulic system AR32.30-P-0630A 
NOTES General notes for working on vehicles with level control/ADS All models with Code 216b, 216c, 217a, 480 AH32.00-P-0002-01A 
2 Disconnect high-pressure supply lines (S1, P) from suspension-control module (3) SPECIAL TOOL Figure
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA32.30-P-1003-03A 
3 Disconnect return line (T) from suspension-control module (3) TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA32.30-P-1003-03A 
4 Detach linkage rod for suspension-control module (7) from torsion bar TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA32.30-P-1004-03A 
5 Remove suspension-control module IMPORTANTInstallation: TORQUE SPECIFICATION Replace self-locking bolts  
6 Transfer linkage rod for suspension-control module (7)    
7 Reverse the removal sequence to install    
8 Check and adjust reference point for self-leveling suspension Model 140 AR40.20-P-0310A

9 Check and correct headlamp adjustment   AP82.10-P-8260A
