Checking valve guides - RA05001042845X(05-2845)

Preceding work:
Cylinder head removed.
Valves removed.
| Inlet and exhaust valve guides | inspect with gauge in longitudinal and in transverse direction. For this purpose, check whether the NO GO end with the wear limit size (+220) can be inserted into the valve guides over its entire height (5 mm). If the gauge can be inserted over its entire height, replace valve guide. |
| Seat of valve stem seal on inlet and exhaust | examine. |
| valve guides | If seat worn so that valve stem seal is no longer tightly located, replace valve guide. |
