Operation No. of operation texts and operation values or standard texts and flat rates 49-7280
| Flanged connections at catalytic convertor (2) | take off, fit on. Tightening torque 20 Nm.
NOTE:
Always replace self-locking nuts and seal.

| Rubber bush (18) at center muffler (7) | take off, fit on. |
| Centre and rear mufflers (7, 9) | take out of the rubber rings (18) at the rear muffler (9), attach. |
| Seal (5) and rubber bush (18) | check suitability for re-use, replace if necessary. Ensure that parts are correctly installed. |
| Centre and rear mufflers (7, 9) | examine, replace if necessary (49-4940 ). |
| Leaktightness of all connection points | check with engine running. |
NOTE:
If necessary, clean off combustion or corrosion residues at the tapered connection pieces of the pipes (2, 7) and seal (5) with emery cloth.
Ensure that the parts are correctly installed.
