Removal and installation of the exhaust system complete - ra49lh1047000x(7000)

Engine 104 LH-Injection

Plug connection of oxygen sensor (G3/2x1)	take off, fit on. NOTE: Turn union nut to the left as far as the stop → to open Turn union nut to the right as far as the stop → to secure
Bolts (1) at exhaust manifold	unscrew, screw in. Installation note Install new riveted nuts in the exhaust manifolds with caulking bolt 103 589 01 39 00. Tightening torque 30 Nm as reference value.
Nuts (6a) at supporting bracket (10a or 10b)	unscrew, screw on.
Rubber bush (18) at center muffler (7)	take off, examine, replace if necessary, fit on.
Centre and tail mufflers (7, 9)	remove from rubber bushes (18) at the tail muffler (9), attach. Examine rubber bushes, replace if necessary.
Complete exhaust system	take off, insert.
Leaktightness of all connection points	check with engine running.
LH control unit fault memory	read, erase if necessary (see Diagnosis Manual Engine, Volume 2, Index 0).
