| Expansion pin (51) | press out, press in. |
| Return spring (35) | detach, attach. |
| Bowden cable | pull off accelerator pedal lever (33), fit on. To do this, take off bracket (37), fit on. |
| Locking element (20) on pin of fire wall bearing (48) | slacken, secure. |
| Accelerator pedal lever (33) | pull off, fit on. |
| Bolts (23) | unscrew at fire wall bearing, screw in. |
| Fire wall bearing (48) | take off, hold on. |
| Connector for idle contact switch (arrow) | disconnect, plug together. |
| Accelerator control | check; set if necessary (30-1010 ). |
| Electronic accelerator pedal (EFP) control unit fault memory | read, erase if necessary (see Diagnosis Manual Engine, Volume 2, Index 0). |
