Headlight Switch Test

NOTE: Information is not available for testing light failure monitoring unit and daytime running lights.
  1. Remove switch from panel. See HEADLIGHT SWITCH  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. With headlight switch in full ON position, check for continuity between switch terminal No. 30 (input voltage source) and terminals No. 56, 58R, and 58L. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  .
  2. Also when headlight switch is in full ON position, continuity should exist between terminals K30 and "K". If switch does not function as described, replace switch.
