	Removing
	Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between columns of vehicle lift and position four support plates at vehicle lift support points specified by vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A

2	Unscrew hexagon socket bolts (2)	In order to prevent tilting or warping of the pressure plate (3), the hexagon socket head screws (2) must be loosened in steps in a crosswise pattern.
3	Remove pressure plate (3) and clutch disc (4)

4	Check pressure plate (3) and clutch plate (4)	If clutch plate is burnt: ↓	AR25.10-P-0050-01A

5	Inspect central clutch release bearing (6)	Check central clutch operator (6) for wear and leaks, if necessary: ↓ Install new central clutch release bearing (6):

9	Clean friction surface (7a) of pressure plate (7), degrease and dress with coarse abrasive cloth	LU cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
10	Clean friction surface (3a) of pressure plate (3), degrease and dress with coarse abrasive cloth.	LU cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
11	Using centering tool (012), attach clutch plate (4) to pressure plate (3) centrally.	Its correct direction of installation is specified on the clutch plate (4). Incorrect installation leads to damage to the clutch and transmission (1). Follow directions in operating manual supplied by manufacturer.

12	Fit pressure plate (3) with clutch plate (4) on flywheel (7) and tighten.	In order to prevent tilting or warping of the pressure plate (3), the hexagon socket head screws (2) must be tightened in steps in a crosswise pattern.
