Removing and installing expansion valve - ra83001400552x(0552)

Air conditioner	Drain (recycling).
Wiper system	Remove (REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF WIPER SYSTEM ).
Water collector	Remove (Removal and installation of the air collector unit and water collector ).
Hexagon nut on expansion valve	Unscrew and pull pipes out of expansion valve (82), seal off openings (parts set 140 830 01 27), tighten to 10 ± 3 Nm.
Both screws (5)	Unscrew and remove expansion valve (82). Seal openings (parts set 140 830 01 27), and tighten to 8 ± 2 Nm.
Install	In the reverse sequence, renewing and lubricating the O-ring (83 and 84) and the O-rings on the evaporator pipes with compressor oil.
Receiver	dehydrator Renew (Removing, installing and replacing receiver dehydrator ).
Air conditioner	Evacuate, refill, check function and check for leaks, run engine at idle speed only in the first 4 minutes.
	Parts which have come into contact with compressor oil for R12 or R134a may only be installed in systems with the same refrigerant. After completing the work: Erase fault memory in the control unit (Diagnosis manual - air conditioning).
