Checking installed position of center assembly in rear axle carrier - AR35.10-P-0050-03E

Using the test device of the extraction and pull-in tool, check and correct the installed position of center assembly in the rear axle carrier.

  1. Screw extension (062d) onto the side of the test device (062a).
  2. Mount test device (062a) on both sides with the thrust pieces (062q), sleeves (062p) and also on the left-hand side with the thrust piece (062n) with the existing bolts (117 mm long) and nuts and tighten slightly.
  3. Pull both rubber mounts (62) evenly into the rear axle carrier until the pin (arrow) of the extension (062d) is located centrally in the hole in the cross member.
