Removal and installation of headlamp reflector - ra82001402850x(2850)

A. Standard headlamps up to approx. 02/94 (except USA), B. Standard headlamps as of approx. 03/94 (except USA), C. Xenon-headlamps
A. Standard headlamps up to approx. 02/94, except
Preliminary work:
Lens of headlamp unit removed (82-1820)
| Bulbs | remove, install. |
| Pull rod (2) of headlamp range adjustment | detach from positioning element (3), attach. |
| Screw (4) | remove, screw in. |
| Adjusting screw for lateral adjustment (5) | unscrew, screw in. |
| Headlamp reflector (6) | remove, insert. |
B. Standard headlamps as of approx. 03/94, except
Preliminary work:
Lens of headlamp unit removed (82-1820)
| Bulbs | remove, install. |
| Screw (1) | unscrew, screw in. |
| Frame (2) | remove, install. |
| Red retaining clip (7) | push back, push on. |
| Adjustment screw (4) for side adjustment | unscrew, screw in. |
| Adjustment screw (5) for height adjustment | unscrew, screw in. |
| Headlamp reflector (6) | remove, install. |
C. Xenon headlamps
Preliminary work:
Headlamp unit removed (82-4730).
Lens on headlamp unit removed (82-1820).
Bulbs in headlamp unit removed (82-1201).
| Frame (2) | unclip, clip in. |
| Retaining clips (8) | push back, press on. |
| Adjustment screw (4) for horizontal adjustment | unscrew, screw in. |
| Adjustment screw (5) for vertical adjustment | unscrew, screw in. |
| Headlamp reflector (6) | remove, insert. |
| After installing the headlamp | adjust headlamp to zero position with HHT, see Diagnosis Manual, Body. |
