Detach brake cable (85) from tensioning shackle at parking brake pedal (75) using snap-release tool (043) |
The brake cable (85) can also be removed by breaking the clamping ring (84). To install, insert a new clamping ring (84) in the groove in the brake cable (85).Pay attention to the rubber grommet (85b). |

On vehicles with nut welded on at front wall pillar.
Model 210: The pedal assembly (71) is fixed with two bolts. |

Unscrew upper bolts (72), loosen lower bolt (72) several turns and detach pedal assembly (71) |
On vehicles with nut pressed into front wall pillar. |

The pressed in nut can fall into the front wall pillar if the lower bolt (72) is unscrewed. |

Unplug connector at parking brake indicator switch (S12) |
Raise pedal assembly (71) slightly to do this. |

Detach cable (79) from release lever (77) |

Detach cable (7) from pedal assembly (71) using tool (010). |
