- 1 Slave cylinder
- 2 Spacer between slave cylinder and clutch housing
- 4 Check gauge
| Check gauge | slide in between clutch housing and slave cylinder as far as possible and pay attention to notches on gauge. |
| Notches not visible: Clutch plate not worn excessively. |

| Notches visible: Clutch plate has reached wear limit, replace clutch plate. |
NOTE:
If the gauge cannot be inserted easily, move gauge back and forth a number of times (possible deposits).
