Installation of gear set - AR27.50-P-0780-05A

Lubricate grooves in the intermediate shaft (167).
Insert Teflon rings (167a).

Press into the groove so that the joint meets.
Push clutch K2 (100) onto the gear set.

Use assembly device (030)

Insert gear set in the transmission housing while turning the drive shaft (87).
Do not damage the Teflon rings in the housing.
Position the transmission with drive shaft (87) vertically upright.

Check installed position of gear set.

The gear set is correctly installed when the upper edge of the connecting carrier (arrow) is lower than the support surface (138) of the outer multi-disc LB3.
Insert cam spring (134).
The bulge (arrow A) on the damper spring must point inwards.

The damper spring must engage in the pockets (arrow B) in the transmission housing.
