Removing and installing oil spray nozzles (pistons) - AR18.00-P-4000HW

REMOVINGINSTALLING Removing, installing    
1 Remove oil pan Engine 603.963 in model 124 AR01.45-P-7500HX
    Engine 602.96 in model 124, 201
Engine 603.96/97 in model 124, 126
AR01.45-P-7500HZ
    Engine 603.971 in model 140 AR01.45-P-7500HY
2 Remove oil pump   ra18006010210x
3.1 Remove oil deflector Engines with oil deflector  
  Removing oil spray nozzles 1st version     
4.1 Remove oil spray nozzles (A) Oil spray nozzles 1st version
IMPORTANT Rotate engine at crankshaft so that oil spray nozzle is accessible. Do not twist oil spray nozzle and do not grasp at nozzle neck. Cover over oil feed drillings.
IMPORTANTInstallation:  Position oil spray nozzle perpendicular to contact surface on crankcase and press on. Pay attention to dowel sleeves.
 
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA18.30-P-1007-01A 
  Removing oil spray nozzles 2nd version     
5.1 Remove crankshaft    
6.1 Remove oil spray nozzles (22) IMPORTANT Use impact extractor and extraction claw to pull out oil spray nozzle (22) 2nd version, cover over oil feed drillings.

    IMPORTANTInstallation:  Position new oil spray nozzle (22) perpendicular to contact surface on crankcase and knock in with insertion drift. Use impact head with the marking 602/603. The installation depth is set by the impact head.

7 Install in the reverse order
