Removing and installing tensioning rail - RA05001203300X(05-3300)

Preceding work:

Timing case cover removed (01-2100) .

Crankshaft sprocket (1) mark with coloured dot relative to timing chain (4).
Tensioning rail (2) at bearing pin (17) pull off.
Tensioning rail (2) install, pay attention to coloured marking.
NOTE: The plastic lining (18) (sliding surface) is clipped into the tensioning rail (2) and can be replaced individually.

The bearing pin (17) is knocked into the crankcase.

Projection 40 mm.
